かそけきこの夕(ゆふべ)かも
大伴家持の歌です。
静かに
自分を振り返ってみようとするとき、
風が竹やぶを通り抜けるときの
カソケキ音は、
興奮した意識を鎮め、
平安な気分にしてくれます。
竹やぶを通る風の音が、
意識の静けさを
運んできてくれたかもしれません。
自然の音に時々は、
耳を澄ますだけの心の余裕がほしいですね。
