無分別の愛
アミ・シリーズの第三部「アミ３度めの約束」の中に
他の銀河系惑星の美人コンテストの話がでてきます。
これは地球で行われている
美人コンテストをもじって、
外見の美しさではなく、
外見よりも内面に意識をむけることが
大切であることを伝えようとする
作者の創作と考えられます。
他の星で行われる美人コンテストに
地球人のべトゥリートらを
アミが円盤に乗せてつれていきます。
べトゥリートが期待するような
美しい容貌の持ち主は現れず、
映画「スター・ウーズ」に出てくる
奇妙な風采の宇宙人ばかりです。
アミが説明していうには、
外見を見てもわからず、
内面の心の美しさを競っているのだといいます。
この場面を読んで、
秘教治療でもちられる愛のエネルギーは、
「知恵の様相を持つ愛」ではなく、
「無分別の様相の愛」である
という説明を思いだしました。
昔ヨガの先生の指導をうけていたとき、
先生は治療する相手がたとえ老婆であろうと、
「私の愛する可愛い娘よ」という思いで
治療エネルギーを送るのだとおっしゃっていました。
若々しい女性であるなら、
治療エネルギーである愛のエネルギーは、
極自然に送ることができます。
しかし相手がたとえ老婆であろうと、
「私の愛する可愛い娘よ」という気持ちがなければ、
治療が奏功しないとおっしゃっていました。
外見に囚われて判断するのではなく、
内面を感知する敏感さを発達させねばなりません。
